Will be an intense last couple of weeks of qualification!
  3. This is what happens when you scroll too fast
  4. That is correct. He hit 74.06... should give him a few more points in the rankings. He will need a bigger throw + nationals win with a throw over 75+ to qualify it looks like.
  5. Wow I feel bad for the Dutch athlete. Sadly this sport has INSANE level of universality but these kinds of rulings will make it hard to get onto the program in the future. Also Karate is the only sport will only have men competing.
  6. Just sad how both Canadians finished. I just hope this takes out the 4th place finishes out of the system for Canada.
  7. As predicted Canada will finish fourth in both events what a joke
  8. Vancouver, CAN Harry Jerome Classic Men's 5000m Lucas Bruchet 13:12.56 Canada already has 3 qualified, but Matthew Hughes likely will not compete in this event in Tokyo.
  9. Oh wow what an accomplishment!
  10. Wow all in one shot. For Triathlon +4 Tennis: +7 Judo: +7 (will become 6) Beach volleyball: +2 Tomorrow is going to be the biggest qualification day for many countries xd
  11. I think Tyler is our strongest chance of a dark horse medal at Tokyo 2020
  12. https://totallympics.com/topic/9810-karate-wkf-olympic-games-qualifier-2021/?do=findComment&comment=383218
  13. Wow chances for 2 quotas. If you asked me before this tournament I'd have picked these 2 as Canada's number 2 and 3 athletes here.
  14. Cutting it close for a second women's spot in triathlon: https://triathlonmagazine.ca/racing/kretz-keeps-olympic-hopes-alive-with-fifth-place-finish-in-huatulco/
  15. Clearly Canada selected the wrong athlete in the C1 boat... just wow
  16. Interesting, COC does not have Boady Santavy qualified (they have listed all 4 women). https://olympic.ca/tokyo-2020-team-canada-qualification-tracker/
  17. Malik Metivier just ran a 49.26 in the 400m hurdles, which gives him a score of 1202. Only off by .36 to qualify automatically, but if he can't hit that, if he can score 2-3 more races like this, he will be well into a qualification position. What a pleasant surprise!
  18. women's 55 kg weightlifting https://www.guampdn.com/story/sports/2021/06/08/weightlifter-jacinta-sumagaysay-headed-tokyo-olympics/7596021002/
  19. Oh I didn't see the new list, thanks! @MHSNDo you think Alex Bellamare has any chance of qualification in 81 kg?
  20. If both Romania/Colombia are banned + CHina does not compete in 64 kg women and 96 kg men, then stands a good chance of winning two medals and possibly even 2 golds, which would be incredible for this sport.
  21. Oh my bad I forgot about the older scores being removed. Either way he will he ranked and is a win away from at least the medal round.
