Quota Skeet (W) & Our 21st Shooting quota . 21/24 is a fabulous effort. This will be our 2nd Skeet (W) quota . Will be interesting to see if our federation exchange a men’s quota to get the 2nd men’s Skeet quota , which will allow us two mixed teams in Skeet.

Quota for I liked this event, this so much more watchable than the 50km event. WA has got this spot on. With more races we will see much more interesting races & times .

Yes, think AFI will keep the same team . For individual they may go with today’s result of Servin, Vikas & Panwar.

I think it will be Priyanka plus one of the men. So maybe one additional quota. Which one do you reckon? Maybe Arshdeep will focus on this event & not individual one.

Mixed relay team in marathon race walking qualifies to Olympics by finishing 18th at the world race walking championships. Arshdeep singh & Priyanka were pairing up together. Remains to be seen which team AFI decides for Paris.

Are the quotas for NoCs or for athletes?

In rowing the timings are not always the best indicators, as a lot of external factors affects the race. Weather, course , wind speed etc Lets hope the rowing federation fills up forms for them to participate in the world qualifiers. If memory serves me right we didn’t send a team for last world qualifiers for Tokyo qualification.

LM2X - OQP & ( if any reallocation happens then gets the quota) LW2X - OQP & ( came 3rd)

Balraj Panwar qualifies in M1X ( Singles Sculls) by taking one of the 5 quota places in the Asian continental qualifiers. This is our 1st Rowing quota & total contingent size now goes up to 70 in 12 sports

M1x - OQP & ( if refuses M1x quota as they can qualify only 2 boats, quota goes to )

Fair assessment, Archery can go up to 6 (+2) if we qualify both teams . On the other hand Fencing could be 1 (-1) We may not get anymore shooting quotas from shotgun so it remains 20 (-1) Wrestling is the big doubt we might not get 4 more , possibly 2 more . (-2) So final figure could be 118 (-4) in 18 sports if we get the gymnastics quota. Which will be brilliant considering we didn’t qualify women’s hockey team ( -16) . Potential to cross 175+ for LA 2028 with Cricket + both hockey teams.

Looks difficult, will be great if we can equal/just exceed Tokyo numbers. A lot depends on how many we qualify in Athletics & qualifying 4x400 men & 4x400 mixed is a must for that. If we can get a quota in Gymnastics at asian qualifiers then we will match the 18 sports for Tokyo.

Excellent day for us at the qualifiers. We picked up 3 quotas & have qualified 4 wrestlers for Paris. After today’s quotas we have qualified a total of 69 athletes in 11 sports

Reetika Hooda qualifies for Paris Olympics in 76 Kg at the Asian Olympics qualifiers. Our 3rd Wrestling quota & athletes contingent moves up to 69 athletes.

Anshu Malik qualifies for Paris Olympics in 57 Kg at the Asian Olympics qualifiers. Our 3rd Wrestling quota & athletes contingent now up to 68 athletes.

Vinesh Phogat qualifies for Paris Olympics in 50Kg at the Asian Olympics qualifiers. Our 2nd Wrestling quota & athletes contingent moves up to 67 athletes.
