  1. doing trash as expected. Nędza-Kubiniec living up to his name (nędza means poverty ) and we are even behind Romania who were on the penalty loop
  2. Bionaz held it together on the first shoot. Norway up to 3rd already. Doll on the penalty loop.
  3. Nobody remembers Bassino won gold in that parallel thing last time out? Tells you enough about that event...
  4. Heavy hit for Tricia Mangan who crashed head-first through the gate...
  5. Well, if she didn't run wide on the last turn she'd probably got a bronze medal...
  6. Alice Robinson almost steals the podium but only 7th in the end...
  7. Stuhec 0,72 ahead at half-distance and doesn't even get Top 10
  8. Tippler had a chance but one wide turn and lost 1,5 secs. Goggia predictably off the pace too.
  9. Mowinckel misses the podium by 0,03. So Lie & Huetter looking good for that joint medal. Maybe Worley finds some home magic but that would be that...
  10. No medal for Brignone
  11. Yeah, only Brignone can deny Bassino IMO. Mownickel probably not. Speed girls will be chewed up at the bottom. Suter +1.56 behind despite 0.50 ahead at the top
  12. Gut-Behrami totally blows it at the bottom and no medal despite being 0,48 ahead at half-distance...
  13. Shiffrin goes 2nd 0,11 behind Bassino. Brignone should do well here too. And probably Gut-Behrami
  14. Sure enough, Curton miles off the pace but Bassino made huge gains at the bottom and takes the lead.
  15. Another tight section at the bottom. Could favor the GS veterans. Kajsa Lie takes the lead but she lost 0,3 in the last section.
  16. Domenico Tedesco became the national team manager. He won DFB Pokal with RB Leipzig in 2022 but it's still a bold decision IMO.
  17. Natalia Kaczmarek has pulled out of Torun with a minor strain but let's see if Skrzyszowska can improve and set the new NR tonight. Zofia Bielczyk came out and said she can even beat Susanna Kallur's WR (7.68) but that's improbable this season if ever.
  18. This is ridiculous. I really hate the multi-nation concept of hosting events like World Cup. Two is maximum I'm fine with. Where does this end? Eight different hosts like the Euro 2020 nonsense? Or how about 12 different hosts? Why not? I can imagine how thrilled the other CONMEBOL teams are. The qualifying will be Brazil basically having a mandatory spot vs the rest
  19. Even and got a Top 20 here Btw, Goggia won the first DH training ahead of Curtoni and Stuhec.
  20. Meillard down in 6th so that's all done with the medals. Haaser hangs on for bronze after a better-than-expected slalom.
  21. McGrath with one mistake on the top and couldn't make enough time despite being 0,50 faster in the slalom alone. Only Meillard can deny Haaser the medal now...
  22. Justin Murisier straddles the first gate
  23. Insane twisty at the bottom! This will be a bloodbath for the speed skiers. And Schwarz blows it there too. Lost 0,40 and Pinturault is handed a gold medal most likely.
  24. Odermatt & Paris skipped a gate on purpose in SG. Kilde, Kriechmayr & Crawford DNS in slalom... Pinturault vs Schwarz for the gold with only 0,06 between them. Battle for bronze pretty open with McGrath within striking distance to upset some odds. Strolz completely nowhere as he lost 2,48 in Super G and even finished behind one of the Szolloses
  25. BP with a record income profit in 2022 Obviously the war in Ukraine has made this possible. https://www.bbc.com/news/business-64544110
