She was selected because she had enough good results that could compete in all events but had a little less FIS points than Sawicka, additionaly Sawicka's father was mad of that and he make intervention in our skiing national federation, due to this Komorowska gets very negative comments and she decided to withdraw because she couldnt handle it and said that her mental health is more important than Olympics participation.

Nikola Komorowska in alpine skiing decided to withdraw from Olympics due to massive amount of hate which she got in social media after being selected to Olympics. Higly probably she will be replaced by Aniela Sawicka.

Worth to add, if Klaudia Adamek will qualify after all, she will become first Polish athlete who did compete in both Summer and Winter Olympics.

Linda Weiszewski and Klaudia Adamek will compete in this week in both European and World Cup to save their place in Olympics and make a debut for Poland in womens events, since they are now last among qualifiers as far as I know, since Jamaica got second quota in 2 womens event yesterday.
