    84 athletes will represent The biggest names in the team are Natalia Partyka (6 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronze medals!), Patryk Chojnowski (table tennis), Rafał Wilk (paracycling), Karolina Kucharczyk, Maciej Lepiato, Barbara Bieganowska-Zając (athletics), Joanna Mendak (swimming), Adrian Castro, Dariusz Pender (wheelchair fencing), Justyna Kozdryk (powerlifting) who are already multimedalists from few previous Games.

    Justyna Burska, former open water swimmer, national champion, who competed in World 2019 in 5km and 10km race has died in motorcycle accident, according reports a car hit her motorcycle and she died immediatly after it, she was aged just 29 yo

    Today our prime ministry and ministry of sport announced that they are aiming for Poland hosting Olympics in 2040 or 2044, while few months ago they said that we are too poor to host Olympics, it was when other political party was rulling... Edit: I wish that ministry of sport at first would clean up whole mess in most of sports federation, kick off current heads and choose new, perspective leaders. If it will not happen then it will be hard to imagine that host nation will win something like 10-15 medals....

    Interesting fact: Poland make their Olympic debut in Paris 1924, first medal which we winning there was in track cycling, now, 100 years later we finish the Games also with medal in track cycling
