They will probably be Players pulling out till literally the day before the first matches - Easy to see it being down to half of the top 50 playing at best by the time it actually begins.

Yeah and in the end :UZB Istomin and :PAR Royg will be Olympic champions in mens and womens singles events as all other players will withdraw or give walkover to them.

Czech team:

Singles: Kvitová, Plíšková, Krejčíková, Vondroušová

Doubles: Krejčíková/Siniakova and Plíšková/Vondroušová

It Is surprise that Vondroušová used "saved" ranking which she has from the 2nd half of 2019.

it Is a pity, because due to it, Muchová can not go :-(

no men: Veselý refused to go

Feliciano López, Jaumen Munar, Carlos Alcaraz and Marcel Granollers will not go to Tokyo, so we will only send 3 male players (Roberto Carballes would go if there are a lot of withdrawals).

#03 :ESP Rafa Nadal
#10 :ESP Roberto Bautista
#38 :ESP Albert Ramos
#64 :ESP Feliciano López
#69 :ESP Jaume Munar
#78 :ESP Carlos Alcaraz

Doubles #11 :ESP Marcel Granollers

All of them withdrawn from the games. What a shame, Pathetic for all of them.

Pablo Carreño, Alejandro Davidovich (they'll form a doubles pair) and Pablo Andujar would compete. And Roberto Carballés is expecting if he enters, cause he wants to play.

Cause they have bigger ego's

and more money to make in the North American outdoor season with all the Master 1000 and US Open tournament in just over a month between August and early September...

by the way, if this means that Berrettini and/or Sinner could end up with a medal, I'm more than happy with it...:p

At this point with all the withdrawals I am starting to hope that :HUN Fucsovics might have a shot at a good tournament here, despite his disappoint results during the clay season.
