I have two question regarding the world ranking: 

 

- if two athletes have the same world ranking score , what is deciding who is better placed 

 

- what if the average score is e.g 1110,6 

is that 1110 or 1111 points. 
 

i know a very detailed question, but it could decide about a quota among three athletes in case there is reallocation ?
