After two decades of carrying mediocre Canadian teams, Sinclair gets carried by her teamates (and a ton of luck) to a gold medal. Sweden deserved to win this tournament and match, but Sinclair deserves the heck out of this gold medal for her career.

 

Labbé is a Canadian sporting legend now.

 

I feel so, so bad for Sweden, this was the cruellest way imaginable to lose this. But god I am so happy for this Canadian team.
