But society must understand this. Unfortunately it is reallt hard to achieve it. If you will make a cut of social benefits you will lose election

Since Mrs Thatcher did it in the early 80s, I can't think of anyone in the Western world who has managed to get social spending under control without losing the next election.

Meanwhile in the world's biggest kindergarten, Trump and Musk have disagreed on something, so now they're calling each other names like 5-year olds at school, except they have nothing more important to do than go to their social media all goddamn day long to do so

It is kind of hilarious.

I suppose that, for a Dutchman, this is like Belgium playing Germany at football and all 22 players getting sent off...

The Americans themselves wanted, so they chose such a clown, who 20 years ago could, at best, clown on TV shows or advertise McDonald's:lol: On the other hand, the alternative was also terrible: grandpa Biden and hopeless Harris. And Putin only rubs his hands as he looks at it.

Ignorant. Our country is going well (see inflation, GDP and unemplyed rates), our 4 parties coallition raises salary for many public groups, new social programs for people with children and older people, gov made higher expanses for army, regulate immigration status https://www.euronews.com/2025/03/27/poland-suspends-right-of-migrants-to-apply-for-asylum Yes get off your ** from my lovely country / if you like anti jews / Ukraine coalittion and anti LGBT that's not sane.

From what I see, this coalition is too diverse to be able to govern effectively (center-right to left). In Italy there is a coalition of 3 parties, but it`s center-right without the left. In addition, Poland has a strange political system with a president elected by the people, who can block the government if he comes from a different political camp. I think that you could change this and switch to a parliamentary system or possibly a presidential (personally I prefer this 1).

From the point of view of money for sports in the UK, was Tacher's government weak? The mid-90s XX century were the time of decline of Olympic sports in the UK + hooligans at football stadiums, do I remember correctly?

It was her successor John Major - who was mostly a failure - who created the National Lottery which turned British sport around.

    • Suspect this will have major consequences for the Paralympics going forward. Could see a collation of countries wanting to set up up a rivial movement,
    • This is the rule of FIFA : If Iran withdraw  Iraq will qualify even if they lose  If they win Emirats will qualify
    • We will need a lot od changes in our staff after this season and I hope our federation will have the money for that`s. Unfortunately, your staff and ski services blew almost the entire Olympics and now we're still in the same situations. Due to their terrible form, we won 1/2 fewer medals than we actually did. Our team has skis on par with Moldova or Kazakhstan – shame!
