I don't know yet if it's a dream or if it's real... Volt join in a national parliament :woot:

When I joined Volt, in the 2019, we just seems a (small) group of youth dreamer...

That was indeed another positive. Generally a good election for Pro-Europe!

Meanwhile things are slow as hell for Volt here in Denmark.

Putin challenges Biden to a live TV debate.  Like I say, it seems like the US media are the only people in the world who DON’T know what a senile old geezer Biden is.

China arrested two Canadians ("The Michaels"( on dubious charges and the trial for one started yesterday. The Canadian delegation was barred from attending the trial, you know because China is the beacon of transparency. In response, these countries/delegations sent their senior diplomatic staff:

US, UK, Netherlands, Estonia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, the EU, Czech Republic, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Spain, Austria, Norway, Lithuania, New Zealand, Belgium and Romania. All of which were banned too.

Why don't you mention the origin of the drama? Who the hell start the arbitrary detention game? Is the law of US is bible but other country's law is toilet paper?

Canada started this by arresting Meng Wanzhou in 2018. Everything after that is simple payback. If you want to start economical war with China prepare for casualties :dunno:

What is the Canadian government supposed to do, add a “this person is important to the CCP” clause to it’s extradition treaties?

    • Not in modern times (believe it has happened back in the 19th century). The Social Democrats were rather close in the mid-30s, but generally it's been the Social Democrats as the largest getting challenged by either Venstre (the old, liberal party) or the Conservatives (though their latest peak was in the 80s). Keep in mind that most Danish governments have been minority governments. The latest government (well, it's still the government until the new one is formed) was the first one since the early 90s and only the 5th since the Second World War.
