No, impossible by definition. No hurdles/steeplechase race can ever qualify (considering that mostly people who aren’t good enough to medal in the flat races compete in those disciplines).

Swimming barely had any records this time, I guess due to the pandemic. Athletics is turning into a farce, meanwhile.
