Isn't there usually some kind of contest after Eurovision featuring the artists that came second in the national finals? Maybe organised by OGAE groups or something?

There is such contest as OGAE Second Chance.

Well done, @Werloc, I really liked that transition in the middle of the song. Had not been The Roop you would win, at least a bit of consolation. Heads up, hope you will represent Lithuanian in OGAE Second Chance Contest.
