They couldn’t find a second Croatian, so they just packed a decomposing horse carcass in the back. You know how it goes, happens all the time.

To be fair, I have it on good authority that the Akhal-teke absolutely rules the world, so don't count them out..

Are we sure this was a mistake?

This is an IOC release from 2016

For fuck's sake, how often do these federations need to be told? First have a decent World Cup circuit for a few years!

@Dragon - I tried to send some data via feedback but it is always 504 Time Out, so perhaps you can relay this to them?

Place name 23759 is actually Pemalang instead of Pelamang (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pemalang_Regency)

Athlete 124660 "Hasbi Muhammad" name order mistake, it should be Muhammad Hasbi (https://jakartaglobe.id/news/lifter-eko-yuli-irawan-breaks-records-national-sports-week/)

Athlete 259 "Tonny Maringgi" (full name Tonny Zwingly Maringgi) died on 15 Sep 2019 (https://www.suarakarya.id/detail/100159/Yayuk-Selamat-Jalan-Toni-Maringgi)

I also have a little correction, I wasn't sure where to send it.

The country page for the Netherlands (where else would I look!) states in the description that Inge de Bruijn is the most decorated athlete, but both Sven Kramer and Ireen Wust have surpassed her. The medal table lower on the page has the correct numbers.

  • Latest Posts around Totallympics

    • What are the odds WTA/ITF has Kostyuk vs Potapova AO R1 just to see if the hand shake happens?
    • Malinin  opted for the 4-Axel in his Short Program, but faltered, landing him in 3rd thus far (and only 0.05 away from 4th!).  Surely he has the tools to rise back up in the Free Program.  (Also, perhaps this will serve to show him that he is in fact beatable.)
    • I think they incorrectly translated Ukrainian word "nahorody" - it is not a full synonym of "medal". Its cocrrect translation is "award". Meanwhile russian tennis playes switched for Potapova ->  Rakhimova ->
    • Ukrainian diver Lyskun switches allegiance to Russia, loses all medals | Olympics News | Al Jazeera   'loses all medals'   I would assume Al Jazeera could have been a bit clearer and mention this would presumably only be national medals. I mean, it's not like the Ukrainian federation, or any single federation for that matter, has the power to strip her of her world and European championships medals I hope (not for her sake, but because that would be a super weird precedent)
    • That's what I'd plan as well (except for MelFest), but I also know I am hypocritical enough to still want to watch the show and have a fun evening
    • Confirmation about the broadcasting rights.   If I'm reading it right, for most of Europe it will now be exclusive to Discovery/Eurosport or whatever brand they use.     For outside Europe, it's on YouTube. For Planet VPN....well, let us know if you find out.   fil-taker-list-25-26-winterberg-1.pdf   Also, should have mentioned above that the Nations Cup races today are just over one leg, whereas there are two runs in each of the World Cup races.
    • Got our first competition of the season coming up in Solitude, Utah  this weekend.  Live on Discovery Plus etc, plus also YouTube and the Olympic Channel.  If you are new to the sport, the sprint races on Saturday will be the format you'll find easy to understand.     ISMF   ISMF Skimo - YouTube
    • Surely. Her first coach now works in russia (and grandma lives in russia according to Sereda). They were in contact and despite of full funding from  the girl decided to become the star of russian propaganda.  As I saw in X: "It took the Russians four years of war to find a relatively well-known sports personality to carry out such a propaganda operation."
