Acc to the federation yes but they can take U turn anytime...

I some how feel this is looking confusing to me that point system 3,  2, 1 like it just includes 5 people

Instead you can create poll on each event  with 5- 10 events... And put like 10 options for each event... Let 10th option be any other.. Then if anyone wants they can specify

It will take 2 months if we go at 5 polls per day but it may take 68 days approximately but thats fine I guess. Maybe 50-60 people will vote it

@Fly_like_a_don I like your idea for predictions with the polls. More users would be involved if we do the polls. We could also make a medal table based on the poll results and call it the “Totallympics projected medal table”

I like your new ideas,

But I don't know how to do the polls on this website (which is kind of oldschool, but it's good, I am oldschool, too :-))

So I think the easiest solution is to continue with this 3-2-1 pts system

I don't know if so many (50-60) people would like to join this prediction system, but whoever wants to do it, please join us, I will wait for your Day 1 predictions (11 events mentioned above) until Wednesday May 6th (e.g 8 p.m. Polish time), and add those points.

Still no live sport going on, so it could be fun for all these boring days.

In the meantime, I am trying to write my predictions for Beijing 2022, I wonder if these games will go as scheduled ;-(

I can make a google form for each sport, so we can tally predictions easier. It’s pretty easy, I can make multiple polls. I can post the link on this thread & users can pick their medalists for each event.

The user who opened the thread (so @rafalgorka if you are going to use this thread, or anybody else if you are going to open a new thread), can add questions to the first post of the thread. To do that, go on "edit" in the first post of the thread, then select "Poll" and you can add the questions (and possible choices) there ;)

    • I still shocks, that a country of 4-5 million inhabitants? can be a powerhouse in almost every winter sport + handball, football (most recently with Haaland) and athletics: Ingebrigtsen, Warholm, etc. With such a small population, they can't be missing out on any major talent, surely? This must be the best training system in the world...
    • FIFA announced the stadium and time for each match   for  Iran, it will be 2 matches in LA (and not just 1) and 1 in Seattle and luckily we avoided playing in Canada. absolutely nothing against the country, but there are just too many douchebag Iranian groups in Vancouver trying to mix everything with their stupid politics. it's better to stay away from them.   that can happen in US too but less likely. playing in LA is more like playing at home, at least I hope so. 2022 Qatar was a disaster from our point of view, hopefully this one remains only about football.
