Why should it be so hard to believe that there are no cases in North Korea? If they stay isolated there aren't really any reason that they should be hit...

North Korea is the first country close its border with China, and then forbids any foreigners to enter. It's understandable, they totally have no ability to deal with it.

Russia isolated their 2 cases in Far East, near Chinese border. So, there wasnt a chance for bigger spreading. Plus, i believe that their border policy was strict even before this. I assume that they prohibited entering of Chinese and Korean citizens.
