Dang, wishing I had watched more of this!  Currently enjoying an amazing :JPN v :KOR game, 9-8 in the 7th.  :yes  Japan were 7-1 up after 3!

Amazingly, despite only being a six team tournament, at least two countries ( :ISR and :MEX ) will make their Olympic debut in Baseball in Tokyo.

Yes that’s true. It’s just crazy that we got beat by the likes of Mexico and not :DOM:CUB or :PUR

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony. 
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
