Lara Malsinier and Alex Insam are junior World Championship medalists from a few years ago. Maybe it was possible to provide them with private teams then and now they could even fight for a single podium from time to time? Now Rodlauer from Austria has joined the Italian team but for now there is a huge gap to the top and only Sieff and Lara Malsinier are jumping well. There was success in the Summer Grand Prix but with a weak competition. Even 3rd place in a single competition in winter is worth more than winning the LGP with a terrible squad. It remains to wait but I fear that the most we can count on is a dramatic fight with France and maybe Finland in the mixed competition at the World Championships. Bresadola probably won't return this season, so only the inconsistent Insam remains.
