It's quite likely that Norway will win all gold medals in men's competition. 20km and relay are the biggest chances that someone won't let this happen. But there'll be some other countries with gold in women's competition (maybe no gold for Norway at all, who knows).

 

Very good performance of  team. Didin't expect such a result without Hojnisz and Zuk (to be fair, didn't expect such a result with them also). Great job, guys!

Indeed, on women's side they'll have exceptional competition, and Eckhoff already spent her good shooting wish. 

 

Roeiseland fastest from women, Herrmann close second, *everyone* else far behind.

Cant complain as a german fan. With Dahlmeier instead of Hinz this would have been a cakewalk gold for Germany, but since Germany never competes with their best team in the mixed relay (least important of all olympic biathlon events) this isnt really news. France by far the biggest loser today, for them it was over at the first exchange already. Very encouraging result from Herrmann who completely dominated Olsbu and Wierer, two of the best athletes of this season so far. IF Herrmann isnt too tired tomorrow and stays without an error, then i cant see anyone threatening her.

To be fair these guys probably didn't even know such river exists. But their anti-Eastern European bias is quite obvious.
