some dubious calls in this Snatch , Simon 2nd attempt didn't seem ok for me , but they counted it , but the 3rd was better and he got 2 refusals , Ruslan 1st attempt was the same as some other lifters here and he got a refusal by 2 judges

and btw in case you guys think Martirosyan is stupid to start with 230kg which I believe he is.  he can't lower the weight. because his entry was 440kg he can't start lower than 420kg. 230kg will be the gold medal lift for him. this will be gold or nothing most probably.

They only look at opening attempts for that? For example, having lifted 195kg doesn't give him the option for 225kg opening CJ?

Maybe Yang does something amazing in CJ, he seemed to be in good shape. Who knows, if Martirosyan gets 230kg but fails his other attempts, Yang might steal it away
