Won is on his way to get a medal from the B group. I wonder who the last global medalist from a B group is, Om in Beijing 2008?

Two B-group lifters won a total medal in London 2012. :POL Tomasz Zieliński won a bronze medal in men's 94kg and :CMR Madias Nzesso won a bronze medal in women's 75kg.

But to be honest, none of them "won" their medal at the 2012 Olympics. They were awarded their medals after some of the other medalists were disqualified because of doping.

And by the way, Om won his gold medal in London 2012. :p

Ah yeah, Zielinski, who got a medal because half the field got caught doping and then he got caught doping himself at the next Olympics

I wonder if they really awarded that medal to Zielinski or not. (I know he is listed as 3rd, but that doesn't mean he received that medal) if I'm not wrong I think IOC had a policy of not re-allocation medal to athletes with doping history.

all gold medal in 4 first categories in both men and women have gone to Asian countries (Indonesia, China, Thailand, Chinese Taipei). Sport has clearly become Asian-dominated

We were told Zielinski is officially the bronze medalist but the Polish Olympic Committee know nothing about it. So who knows?
