The SVK delegation apologize for the all problems and inconvenience,

you know Slovakia want be second behind the great USA, so we certainly do not want to cause any troubles to you

 

We already contacted our Slovenian friends and we asked them to quickly discus this topic and find an immediate solutions (there some sources saying that it looks the penguins are behind the whole story, another TISC sabotage attempt probably). we are going to meet directly in the states during the traditional monthly "embassies exchange of all misaddressed mails" meeting.
