@Badminton: If the cut-off day were now, than Germany would be qualified in all disciplines. I don't think this will happen, but I'm sure it will be more than 0.

@Triathlon: The Mixed relay will probably qualify, making it at least 4 athletes.

My predictions

icon_oly03.png Artistic Swimming: We are finally starting competing in this sport but Olympics is too much for now, maybe in 2024 if not 2028

icon_oly02.png Athletics: Our current the best indivudual and maybe overall sport, I think even over 65 athletes is possible, depends of qualifying standards

icon_oly04.png Badminton: Sadly our the best mixed doubles pair is retired so, 0-3 (mens singles and doubles)

icon_oly05.png Basketball: I believe that we will qualify in mens 3x3 but nothing more

I know, those predictions are more my personal hope, i don't want any tourists to be nominated. I also predicted 1 (Pries) in BMX, although i think that Germany has a world silver medallist in freestyle BMX, but i don't rate this sport. The same is true for all the other new sports.

Sadly i think that Germany will also qualify someone in women's mountainbike, men's beach volleyball, rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline.

    • We have much more events and there may be no Russia in 2026 so most of the NOCs should improve. But not Poland i’m afraid
    • I’ve had 2weeks long Olympic holidays each time since i graduated from the university in ancient times of year 2003   Both winter and summer. Always.   i had those olympic holidays in every job contract 😉
    • For sure better for  one silver - I think it was Shelly Rudman, Skeleton.  Can definitely improve on that.   Still remember it as a good games, though - think it was the first time I took two weeks off work to watch a Winter Games.
