Is :USA still on pace to win the medal table? Because it looks like to me that they have more gold medal chances coming up in the last few days than :CHN and the 5 gold difference isn't that large.

Should be 2 golds in basketball and 1 in water polo, others are hard to predict.

San Marino now your adopted country as Ecuador is for @hckošice? :d

Well, their founder came from our island of Rab. Therefore San Marino is kind of popular here (relatively speaking of course). :d

I'm expecting a fairly quiet day for :NED tomorrow, but then an absolute banger on friday with 3 gold medal favorites!

Of course Weertman (10km swimming), Vetter (heptathlon) and Van Schip (omnium) are free to prove me wrong tomorrow:clap:

What a day this was! I never expected medals for Braspenninx and Oosterwegel! A beautiful gold, silver and bronze!:bounce:

Before the Games the only serious medal chances I saw for this day were the hockey men team and Van Schip in omnium. Little did I know!

Today was a vital day for them with Golds in wrestling and canoeing, amongst the athletics ones. It could come to the wire with 1-2 surprise ones.

They have more gold medal chances than ours but very few are certain. It’s quite interesting for us to compete this in last few days.

Both 4x400 relays as well. China still have 1 table tennis and 1 diving events to go as well.

    • I have reported this again and they said it should be fixed now, please let me know if you are still facing issues.
    • more countries added to the list of US ban    you can't travel to USA if you are from : burkina faso , niger , Laos , South sudan , mali , sierra leon ...
    • Yes, but what I mean for Serbia is that everything changed there (unfortunately for us ). 2022 was an unbelievable mess, that's not the case anymore now with just one athlete who has really gone for it and made it, so I'm 99% sure they'll accept it this time.   Who knows though. Plus there's always 1-2 bigger countries here or there who reject something, but it's not gonna be 16 places I'm afraid
    • Doping by Event Type When we look at which events have the most doping cases, a few categories stand out from recent sanction records: Long Distance (3,000m and above): 32% of cases Sprints (400m or less): 24% of cases Jumps: 12% of cases Javelin: 8% of cases Middle Distance (800m–1,500m): 8% of cases Hammer: 8% of cases Steeplechase (3,000m SC): 4% of cases
    • From 2020 to 2025    These three countries alone make up almost two-thirds (61.9%) of all current doping violations in athletics worldwide. It’s worth noting that 199 of World Athletics’ 214 member federations have no athletes on the current ban list. This means the problem is really concentrated in a small number of places. Here’s a look at the top countries: Rank Country Total Violations Percentage Region 1 Kenya 119 24.74% Africa 2 India 108 22.45% Asia 3 Russia 73 15.18% Europe 4 China 26 5.40% Asia 5 Turkey 20 4.16% Europe 6 Italy 18 3.74% Europe 7 South Africa 18 3.74% Africa 8 Ukraine 17 3.53% Europe 9 United States 16 3.33% North America 10 Morocco 15 3.12% Africa
    • Here's my calculations of the quotas. I believe you are correct about Italy having 3 quotas in men's singles.   Men's Singles   3 Quotas: 2 Quotas: 1 Quota:   data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAPABAP///wAAACH5BAEKAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAICRAEAOw==   Women's Singles   3 Quotas: 2 Quotas: 1 Quota:     Men's Doubles   2 Quotas: 1 Quota:     Women's Doubles   1 Quota:
