I remember watching the voting for the 2020 Games.  Lots of people thought Madrid was going to get these Games, I thought Istanbul would.  I wonder if those two cities are breathing a sigh of relief now.  I'm sure they will be amazing, but still has to be a disappointment for Tokyo.
