Is there a posibility for mexican shooter Alejandra Zavala to get some of this quota if she doesn't qualify directly? she have missed every chance thus far in the women's 10m Pistol so I don't know if it's posible for her this option

Mexico is not eligible for tripartite places.

Wonder how St. Lucia got away with getting tripartite quotas in both one person dingy events?

    • It's waaaay too expensive & inconvenient. Basically WOG minus the bobsleigh track & indoor arena for figure skating/hockey(which is the easy part of Olympic bid). Just won't happen anytime soon. Winter sports are too facility dependant and the entire alpine skiing requires a separate venue.
    • The ISU is looking into a combined World Championships for its 4 disciplines.   The FIS tried this and it appears the progress there has stalled.

    • Also a first: never before has a Dutch pair participated in the games, according to media rapports.
    • The Technical director of the Dutch Olympic Committee has, using his discretionary powers, decided to include them in the team. He cites “extra-ordinary circumstances”, but has not stated what they are. The use of these powers is quite rare. They were used in 2022 to nominate an alpine-skier.
