I didn't pay much attention four years ago, but I will try to do so now (for cross-country at least, I don't think I have the mental energy to focus on anything besides that ). If it’s like the last time, the chart will show the initial allocated quota. A green dot means that the allocated quota has been accepted as offered (meaning none were rejected), a yellow dot will show if more quotas have been allocated than there are athletes eligible for (I think it also may show if the number of quotas accepted by a nation was less than originally allocated (ie some were rejected)), a red dot should show of a nation has rejected all quotas. heywoodu 1 “Sport has the power to change the world.
