    The American Jury has completed the first round of it’s national selection process. The process was very difficult because of how much American music changes by decade and because of the massive amount of nominated songs. Of the 40 songs that entered the preliminary round only between 7-11 remain in contention for the nomination. The American jury expects to announce it’s selection this weekend.

    It’s getting out of hand really. I must add that the Russians did this latest masterpiece to themselves. Kenya definitely needs to be investigated. USADA should be investigated for cover-ups as well. WADA needs to actually become the World Anti-Drug Authority in sports.

    Well Climate Change is quickly becoming a Human Rights issue so you never know... In my opinion I haven’t seen a strong nominee yet this year. That’s why Greta’s in the lead in my opinion.

    We know it’s awarded fairly because he hasn’t won it yet. Also, no US President should ever win the award unless they actually do something. People like Greta, Nelson Mandela, MLK, Cesar Chavez, Botswana’s first President, Ghandi, Dalai Lama, etc. are the people who actually deserve the award.

    Pan Am and Asia are well represented too looking at it again. I’m very satisfied with the countries involved.

    Can we also talk about the fact that we’ll have 6 African nations at the WCH. That’s just great to see for the sport. Realistically there’s a few more African that could send athletes if they had programs and money.

    Then they shouldn’t have named their town after the thing that tops a bottle . Its not the worst accent I’ve heard from . The accents can sound much dumber. It’s like if the scots, welsh, and Irish had a child. It’s just wrong.

    if we get more than 2, I’ll be happy. Our best chances are Athletics, Swimming, Sailing. Maybe we’ll get lucky with a wild card for archery. Golf and Basketball have no chance. I don’t really know of any other sports active on the island besides bobsleigh, and we really fucked that up the last time around . At worse: 2 At best: 5 most likely: 3

    I’m just against the public trials for gymnastics. They could say 1st and 2nd automatically qualifies for Tokyo and then the federation will select the other 2. It would prevent so much unnecessary and unhealthy gender standards.
