  1. With the strength of the field, I’m going to mark as my favorites for a win...
  2. Marathon time!
  3. American Song Selection Announcement After a difficult and long process the American jury has selected a song. There were around 45 songs in contention for inclusion in this years TISC Open. In the final round only 5 were considered by the jury. Both jury members had the exact same order for the 5 songs making the selection process rather easy in the end. So it is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I officially announce the American entry for this years TISC Open... Carry On - By: Fun. Lyrics: Well, I woke up to the sound of silence The cars were cutting like knives in a fist fight And I found you with a bottle of wine Your head in the curtains and heart like the Fourth of July You swore and said we are not We are not shining stars This I know, I never said we are Though I've never been through Hell like that I've closed enough windows to know you can never look back If you're lost and alone or you're sinking like a stone Carry on May your past be the sound of your feet upon the ground Carry on Carry on, carry on So I met up with some friends at the edge of the night At a bar off 75 And we talked and talked about how our parents will die All our neighbors and wives But I'd like to think I can cheat it all To make up for the times I've been cheated on And it's nice to know when I was left for dead I was found and now I don't roam these streets I am not the ghost you want of me If you're lost and alone or you're sinking like a stone Carry on May your past be the sound of your feet upon the ground And carry on Woah, my head is on fire but my legs are fine After all, they are mine Lay your clothes down on the floor Close the door, hold the phones Show me how no one's ever gonna stop us now 'Cause we are, we are shining stars We are invincible, we are who we are On our darkest day when we're miles away So we'll come, we will find our way home If you're lost and alone or you're sinking like a stone Carry on May your past be the sound of your feet upon the ground And carry on Oh No one's ever gonna stop us now No one's ever gonna stop us now No one's ever gonna stop us now Carry On’s uplifting feel and message ultimately won over the hearts of the Americans jury. The song is truly a great anthem with great musicality, terrific vocals, and a catchy beat.
  4. And I’ll never be moving to Montana:
  5. Generally the rule is no from what I understand, but their can be exceptions made based on the circumstances I think. I considered representing because in the most technical sense I qualified too.
  6. Interesting little article about California here: https://apple.news/A6vSFmwe4ScuwlTa_mrwItQ I agree with my younger liberal counterparts. Though the states I want to move to are just as increasingly progressive and have similar issues, so I’d only move somewhere because I love the area (and so I could ski ).
  7. Second round of climate strikes going down today. I will attend to class, but with a statement either tapped to my backpack or shirt. I think I’ll go with “Earth’s dying and so are we.”, unless I come up with something funny.
  8. Last time I checked isn’t in Europe...so why the hell do they get their own Eurosport channel?
  9. I absolutely love the one on the right, but the one on the left is a great reminder of the old San Siro. Plus, there’s not many square stadiums out there. I think I’d have to go with the right.
  10. Epic burn of the year below: That’s a grade A troll right there. Give this man a gold medal for comedy.
  11. I definitely see a problem with WADA now. getting a way some blatant doping.
  12. Trump’s impeachment is really starting to look like the US version of the Brexit crisis.
  13. Great article from Totallympics Media’s newest reporter: https://games24.totallympics.com/?p=769
  14. needs to be banned immediately. Their just as bad as . I’m really surprised the IAAF (now World Athletics) hasn’t released a statement.
  15. Well it’s the one constantly good at. It’s just a land of people who to be Czech and some canoeists
  16. Also, don’t know if this was already said on here, but Brazil lost another medal to doping. Their men’s track cycling team sprint loses bronze.
  17. Super happy for , but not that happy for Casey. Bro needs to qualify at the Pan Ams or I’m going to lose it.
  18. Not the US’s finest hour. We’ll stick to 7s with Fiji
  19. We moved up our primaries in California. We’re in one of the first waves now. For the Democratic primaries, California could be a huge battleground.
  20. Last I checked there should be some on YouTube...
  21. In that case reason #3 is most probable
  22. Yeah my schedule is much less demanding. I’ve got 3 1/2 hours of classes (generally) on Monday-Thursday, and 1 hour on Friday. The only other responsibility I have on a regular basis is running Totallympics Media. So plenty time for archiving results.
  23. 3 options then 1) died in sleep 2) died in an accident (car crash, etc.) 3) suicide (really hoping it’s not this one)
  24. Honestly surprised and weren’t members already. I thought they’d both played at the Asian Winter Games, but I guess that was wrong.
