    A place in Brazil I recently learned about in Caraguatatuba, the home town of my favourite athlete in the entire world. You've got to go up a horrible climb (2.2km but an everage of 15-16% with parts of 25-30%, that is just insane and even in professional cycling you barely ever see that), but the view of the ocean is absolutely worth it For more photos, Google for Caraguatatuba or 'Morro Santo Antonio'

    That sucks. Although in Makwala's case first I thought it was an excuse to skip the 200 yesterday, but later it turned out he wanted to run but IAAF said he couldn't..

    Michael Johnson had some true words about Semenya earlier today: "There is absolutely no possible solution that's fair to everyone in the case around her." I'm happy she won a medal, if the stories are to be believed she is one of the nicest people in the world of athletics.
