That was quite an effort to find 25 (!) nominees in such a bad year

Early thoughts: i will vote for one of Aleksandra Mirosław (the one and only gold in Paris), Wilfredo Leon (best player in our volleyball team in Paris), Iga Świątek (another RG win but only Bronze in the Olympics) or Natalia Bukowiecka nee Kaczmarek ( the most valuable individual medal in Paris for me)

Not yet but for Slovenia is more or less decided and has been decided since august. 

 

Janja Garnbret is winning the women sportsmen of the year

Tadej Pogačar is winning the male sportsmen of the year

and National Football Team is winning the team of the year.
