Oh well. Plenty people say that once you get past the first flush of youthful energy it is actually better long term to have a couple of post Olympic slow years and then start building back gradually after 18 months. That is how Chris Hoy ran his career. -

World Relays for sure, this has turned into a great annual event. Last Curling of the season, at a more reasonable time for us Europeans First Speedway Grand Prix of the Season from SGP - FIM Speedway - Calendar Cycling tours from Romandie and Turkey the illegally occupied Byzantine Empire. The Vuelta Feminina also starting. And as ever Rugby League north and south. -

Just finished with PanAm Weightlifting Championship. Looking forward to the first Boulder World Cup this weekend. The Relay Championships will be good, too. Might catch some of the W 3x3 action, too. Unfortunately the Ft. Lauderdale Open (Swimming) doesn't have a good stream. (Might go back and watch the Oceania Weightlifting Championship.) -
