Let's see if the new deal between the EU and Turkey will finally bring some order. I'm not very confident and expect Turkey to continue to blackmail the EU without taking any significant measures like with the first 3 billion payment. The whole Balkan road should have been stopped a year ago...

Yeah, UE was very stupid. Ranzi say that he don't sign the accord if in this we haven't liberty of the newspaper in Turkey :lol: I love our wrost geopolitic

    • It might have been even more B-level than the men's and women' wch after the olympics but still inceedible to see Australia win gold without any dedicated curling facility in the whole country!
    • the most surprising splits, however, came in the mixed 4x400m, with Paula Sevilla at 48.5 and Lythe Pillay at 43.7  not to mention the many 49s among the women  
    • Manuel ran 49.39, the other girls in her heat were all over the 50-sec mark   in the 2nd heat, Newnham went down to 49.09 and also Klaver (49.87) and  Jaeger (49.92) ran below 50s (Iuel got close, 50.17)   no other girl overall went below the 50-sec mark (and very few went 50.x)
