IAAF is not the city hall ,they can't decide  /change the Nationality of people

this is the biggest stupidity of the history of sport , maybe the money is behind all that  , our federation should claims  taking them to court

:ALG has 0 dopers until now

things look like garbage so let's do the same : Phelps is German , Ronaldo is Japanese , Marradona is Ethiopian and Trump is an Alien

Listen, if someone fron the Israeli team got busted for doping during the WBC it would have counted as an Israeli doping case even though most of the players aren’t Israeli citizens. Sports are arbitrary sometimes.

It’s also not much of a scandal because literally nobody cares whether Algeria has 0 or 1 dopping case this year except for you.

what a BOMB Filippo Magnini :ITA was positive ban for 8 years , retired and 8 years :mumble:   :yikes:

and 4 years for Michele Santucci  HERE

Nope, it's just a sentence. Magnini won in a normal tribunal, now he have the NADO tribuanal. Filippo is one of the most active italian against the doping, i think that he will be clean at the end :)

not at all...:evil::wall:

it's only what those idiots of NADO Italia asked for them (despite not having a single element of proof)...even the audition in front of the sports authorities has taken place yet...

and this just shows how they are not a reliable institution, but only a political weapon in the hands of someone playing their game to cover Italy and Italian sport with mud...

I remember everybody reading this thread that a trial court already sentenced that Magnini does not have anything to cope with facts and people involved in it...:evil::evil:

and in my own world, if a real, serious Court states that someone is NOT guilty of anything, it won't be a bunch of idiots seeking for fame or whatever they seek to have any authority nor credibility to change the truth (which is NOT what they say)...:pope:

I think we have a prize winner in the "Most stupid doper of all time" category.

Iuri Dudoglo was born in Moldova. He competed for Moldova in weightlifting from 2009 to 2013 the moved to Azerbaijan.

In his 1st championship for Azerbaijan he fails a drug test and is banned for 2 years (2013-2015).

He then moves back to Moldova and competes for then between 2015 and 2017 before failing another drug test at the 2017 European Championships.

Because it's a second offense he gets an 8 year ban. He can return when he's 34 in 2025,

But the IWF keep him on their testing list (I guess because he doesn't announce his retirement).

So this year, 7 years before he can return to competition he fails another test....

This time it will be a life ban...

NADO Italia won against Sara Errani and WTA  TAS decided to increase the Errani's ban from 2 to 10 months. (Italian Antidoping ask for 2 years but it was rejected)

    • We had no real problems with russians for a long time. It was a normal sport rivalry. It was common case that statues of russian politicians and poets remained in place even in the Western Ukraine which was joined by the Soviet Union much later. Lyskun was pro-Ukrainian according to her statement but she kept conctcts with her former coach. That coach moved to russia earlier and could do some brainwashing. I would say that the coach may have financial motivation to do this. By the way we had similar case with Bondar from Luhansk who moved to russia in 2014. What is really interesting - russians have a lot of resources but it took them 4 yeats to find someone relatively well-known in sport area to stage this propaganda performance.       Yes, this web-site is active and maintained. The list is beeing updated. But it is not an official goverment resource and it is operated by the non-goverment organization. It was created to draw attention of the national security services to the activities of some people and provide some initial foundations for further formal investigations.
    • AIN's will skipped (they got American visa too late) 2nd WC stage (but their could compete in 3rd WC stage) and, therefore, their chances to got more than 1 entry in OG have become lower, especially,  if their will not allow to compete in Sigulda (but after their participation in Poland's short-track WT stage, I won't give 100% chances for that).   Maybe problem with entries will be solved by itself)
    • You prefer matches in USA , look at that ...    Tourists to US would have to reveal five years of social media activity under new Trump plan to enter    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/dec/10/tourists-social-media-trump
    • I would say - he did not share some part of "the profit" with someone from above )
    • Yeah, a complete failure all around. Only two individual quotas for men and two for women + mixed relay. Cortina looks like a big fat zero in the medal table tbh.
    • But yeah, as you said, their intention (if I have to guess) probably is to prevent Pan America from having 3 teams without going through the world oqt.  They were generous with the world cup qualification because it's in europe and with 16 teams but they won't be as much with their prime event.   Anyway, this doc is terribly written and could bring problems without an update.
    • IDK this seems like a big mistake on their part. They should have excluded Pan America from the first clause.    And also shoulda clarify if "highest placed" in the second statement means only champion or "highest placed not counting possible pro league qualified teams".
    • Thank god that Continental Cup is gone, it was impossible to find results in early rounds
    • From my experience it is better to go by what they intended rather than what was written. The point being is that should the United States be in a position to take the Pan American quota, the quota will be reallocated to the world qualifiers.   It can be a bit frustrating, but these documents aren't exactly written to define what happens in every scenario, even though they should. If someone from the IOC/sport federations are here, I'd love to proof read your documents .
    • Team Casper is headed to Milan-Cortina!!   Lots of misses by China throughout the match, some of which were just bad luck.  Thrilled for Danny and company.  Glad they don't have to play another game
