this time it's the Mixed Team Trap...and they won ahead of  Egypt and  Spain (who were the pre-competition favourites based on the individual events' results)...

 Russia (women's team trap) and  Croatia (men's team trap) won the last events of this world cup stage in Egypt...

 

in the final medal table,  Russia dominated the field with 5 Gold Medals, ahead of  Croatia with 2 and 3 nations with 1 ( Spain,  Slovakia and  Ukraine)...

 

next stop in New Delhi (IND) in 2 weeks, when also the Italian team should be back competing...

Time for the 1st rifle / pistol wc in ages.. 

 

Anything above 10 golds will be decent for India. Above 15 will be very good. 

 

And yes it's an all important WC for rifle teams to book their tickets by impressing the NRAI

Not a great start, Elavenil Wno 1 missing finals for the first time in about 2 years .Apurvi the WR holder   is all but sure to not make it to Tokyo now . Anjum will go for the triple depending on Gaayathri and Maneesha's performance.

I see the level isn't on its best in this World Cup for obvious reasons but still judging from his score he did a pretty good job.
