Song finished 19th in the second event. Only 30 classified. :KOR Jang is eligible for World Cup now

Lovro Kos is totally out of it basically two years after winning at World Cup level. He finished 15th today.

Apparently we have quota also for the Women competition, at least according our federation :mumble:

Really do not know what to think about it, but they surely know more than me.. so great then I guess

Both Kapustík siblings will be at the Olympics by the looks of it.

Still a little skeptical until I see it officially on the FIS website tomorrow though

lol. Just as expected.

We have no quota in Womens  No idea, how our federation came to the courage of officially nominating the poor girl which in fact has no quota :p

Oh Slovakia. Amateurism at its pure finest

:CZE will surely refuse one women's quota as Karolína Indrackova is pregnant. So let's see if the following quota goes to :CHN or :SVK ... As I know :CHN usually does not decline quotas but you never know. Maybe there will be another country returning quota. Just wait for it. I believe that :SVK siblings will both make it 😎

France has just declined a quota; the Slovak pass might be closer than expected.

:FRA declined 1 women’s quota, with :CZE who will declined 1 it will be enough for the :SVK to qualify

this one is going to China. We need one more Santa :p

Canada is my another guess to return female quota here

Czechs never decline anything :d So will not believe it until I see it myself. Canada is bigger chance for us though

:CZE declined some 4 years ago in cross country skiing 😀😀. They will surely decline, Indrackova said already long time ago she won't be competing. Of course, next one could be Jencova, but she is returning after injury, she was not competing much and additionally, she far below the line. I am sure Kapustikova will get it. I guess :SVK Olympic team already knew it ahead of time. That's why they may have announced it.

    • I can’t see it being kept. Unless some very important  people have asked for it.
    • First event at the World juniors (team events) had 6 nations win medals.
    • I hope they keep it. Even though the sport doesn't exist in Slovakia at all, it's still very exciting to watch.
    • will miss this stage because of the Middle East war, since the flights with Qatar Airways have been cancelled and can't be replaced in time (especially for the bicycles)
    • Just in time for....errmmm...next year's Summer Biathlon season!
    • Well, look at that! What a race, absolutely amazing! Couldn't this have happened at the Olympics?
