Aneta Rygielska gets a point deduction 13 seconds(!) before the end but she takes a split decision over Rosie Eccles.

I cannot believe the judges gave the win to Rygielska. I don't usually comment on individual fights because it's all so subjective but that was a travesty. Eccles was on the front foot throughout the fight and in the last round the Pole kept trying to cling onto her opponent and dropped her head so often that she was penalised. The second round was close but I'm convinced Eccles won the other two. A real shocker and no doubt it won't be the last.

Boxing needs to change its scoring system to something  like Taekwondo or Judo to survive.

As I always say, back in Beijing 2008 there was pretty much a fair, easy to understand & transparent scoring system.  So the corrupt hated it & got rid of it.
