Yes that’s the case. Colombia will need to grab the team quota at the continental championships this weekend. Any other scenario will not result in a reallocation for Argentina

According to my interpretation.
 

Women’s:

 

If  wins team quota, their individual spot won at the 2023 World Championships should go to the FQT, as it can’t be distributed at any of the other top 8 archers in the that competition.

 

If  or  qualify a team, their individual quota won at the 2023 PanAm Games go to  as Cheniet finished top 8th and the continental games take precedence the continental qualifier; then  (ranked 6th in qualifier) gets the final reallocation, as they will do if Canadians or Puerto Ricans win the team quota.

 

Men’s:

 

If  grabs team quota, their individual spot won at the 2023 PanAm Games mixed team event should go to the best non qualified in the top four, that being , and thus  should get the reallocation based on the results of the continental qualifier, which should also happen in case Colombia wins the team event.

 

If  or  get the team spot, their individual quota won at the 2023 World Championships go to  as Wijler finished 6th in the same competition, best result amongst NOC’s not otherwise qualified.

 

Finally, if either  or  go as a team, their quota from the individual event at the 2023 PanAm Games should go to , the only other country with a top 8 finish at that tour tournament.
