If I do that here out of my window there's pretty much three people or so who might hear it (not exaggerating)....curious how it'll be in the cities

Looks like my homecountry is one of the last without any case. Actually, last one in Europe.

As a medical practiotioner, i am still confused how is this possible.

No. We had 60+ tests and they were all negative. Considering our size, number of tests performed isnt that bad.

On the other hand, all neighbouring countries have many cases so it was expected that Montenegro already have at least one case.
