95% efficiency for Moderna.

I hope my employer starts to hurry up with the "work at home money" I read about left and right (to make sure you have an effective and healthy workspace at home) or else that ship has sailed if manufacturers keep going like this :hairpull:

Thank you.

It will be very difficult to take control of that virus in our country, as in recent days we had more than 50% postive cases comparing to number of done tests

Today we had almost 21k cases with only 35k tests done...

Yeah, this is getting bad. We have 11mil+ cases in the US already. In fact, we added 1 million more in less than a week alone.

Michigan is already announcing new restrictions that is being met with resistance (surprise, surprise)

Texas and California already have a million cases each. I'm surprised Florida is not already there considering how inept the governor and the governments in general are here (Matt Gaetz already had it)

Trump and Melania tested positive on October 2 as part of the outbreak at the White House stemming from the nomination ceremony of Amy Coney Barrett, which also affected those in Trump's orbit, including AG Bill Barr, former NJ governor Chris Christie, Trump's chief of staff Kellyanne Conway (her daughter had it too), Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, and yes, even their son Barron Trump. ACB had the virus in August

As for my family's health, my immediate family are still covid free, but my cousin tested positive in June (he's fine now, but he had to wait in quarantine for two weeks from taking the test to getting the result, which is more than just pitiful in a country like the United States)

Now that Trump lost the election, whether he wants to realize it or not, he's not gonna do anything about covid (other than taking credit for the two vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna with high effective rates). Biden already has a task force team ready to go on Day 1, but for now, expect our situation to get a lot worse

Oh that was so bad it was hilarious. He was basically saying he and his administration (but mostly he) made the vaccine

*Conspiracy theory alert ahead* :d

Now that Trump lost, China can release the cure, so things can go back to normal. They got him out of power, so business at the top can proceed as planned again.

Today our Head of Ministry of Health said that we all can little smile(!!) beacue to peak of second wave is already behind us, as there is smaller number of cases with every day since week.

Yes, it is, because with every day less and less tests is done, but he forgot to said about it... And it's not that less people is sick, it's because since half of March most of first aid clinics are closed and the only way to have any help from them is waiting week or sometimes even longer for "phone visit" :hairpull::facepalm: By this more people stays in home and heal themselves with home methods....

bad news for planet ,many cured people got the virus again  sometimes for the 3rd time meaning there is no immunity because  the virus didnt stop changing ,so any vaccine is totally ineffective could protect for few months only

    • I have reported this again and they said it should be fixed now, please let me know if you are still facing issues.
    • more countries added to the list of US ban    you can't travel to USA if you are from : burkina faso , niger , Laos , South sudan , mali , sierra leon ...
    • Yes, but what I mean for Serbia is that everything changed there (unfortunately for us ). 2022 was an unbelievable mess, that's not the case anymore now with just one athlete who has really gone for it and made it, so I'm 99% sure they'll accept it this time.   Who knows though. Plus there's always 1-2 bigger countries here or there who reject something, but it's not gonna be 16 places I'm afraid
    • Doping by Event Type When we look at which events have the most doping cases, a few categories stand out from recent sanction records: Long Distance (3,000m and above): 32% of cases Sprints (400m or less): 24% of cases Jumps: 12% of cases Javelin: 8% of cases Middle Distance (800m–1,500m): 8% of cases Hammer: 8% of cases Steeplechase (3,000m SC): 4% of cases
    • From 2020 to 2025    These three countries alone make up almost two-thirds (61.9%) of all current doping violations in athletics worldwide. It’s worth noting that 199 of World Athletics’ 214 member federations have no athletes on the current ban list. This means the problem is really concentrated in a small number of places. Here’s a look at the top countries: Rank Country Total Violations Percentage Region 1 Kenya 119 24.74% Africa 2 India 108 22.45% Asia 3 Russia 73 15.18% Europe 4 China 26 5.40% Asia 5 Turkey 20 4.16% Europe 6 Italy 18 3.74% Europe 7 South Africa 18 3.74% Africa 8 Ukraine 17 3.53% Europe 9 United States 16 3.33% North America 10 Morocco 15 3.12% Africa
    • Here's my calculations of the quotas.
