I think it has never been broadcasted at all.

Ok so if you have a VPN these are the options to follow live/on demand free coverage or in some cases just create an acount (free too) with your email

 

Basically all these broadcast have the rights for the Games so they will show I think everything live/on demand

Eurosport indeed broadcasted live and free OC, but as expected - they deleted video right away.

If I would take a shot every time when a Hungarian commentator says "there aren't spectators due to COVID" my liver would give up by day 2.  Yes, my dear commentator, I know there can't be spectators, do you think I would be up at 1 am watching rowing if wouldn't know such basic facts about this year's Olympics?

NBC's online stream have the audio out of sync with the video. Great.

 

This is a problem on all device, too.

Most Eurosport streams have ambient sound only at the moment. Annoyingly, the TV streams can't be paused/rewinded.
