I seriously love these pictograms now . This is what I expected/wanted from Tokyo 2020. There’s a lot of unique ways they could use these in broadcast. If it wasn’t for the damn coronavirus, I’d be beyond hyped for the games right (I’m still very hyped let it be known).

Because there three different disciplines 
 

Same reason there’s two for BMX, three for Gymnastics, two for karate, etc.
