Munich might be an option if the European Championships are successful

Will they want to bid? 2034 feels more realistic for them if Germany don’t got for Summer 2036.

The Koenigsee luge/bobsled/skeleton track just being destroyed might have some impact on when/if Munich might bid.

The track is expected to be rebuilt by October 2022.

No chance. The Munich/Ga-Pa 2022 OG bid was voted down by the locals in 2013 already.

I got a headache reading this. Or maybe that's because I slept maybe 4 hours last evening.

At any rate, here is how independent journalists had to scrape their way to Tokyo... Totally unsustainable.

Baseball stadiums famous for junk food, the bear obviously expected a nice quiet search through the trash.

Still to many considering number of athletes who won't be able to compete due to being tested positive in village already. Imo only flagbearers should be at parade under current situation, it's not worth to risk.

At this point I though IOC made some kind of a deal with NOCs for the Opening Ceremony because I found it strange that none of them announced the boycott of the Parade of Nations already. I guess NOCs are just waiting until the last minute to announce this.

I will be surprised if most (or all) NOCs with over 100 athletes won't follow this example. It's a stupid idea to have a normal Parade of Nations under these circumstances.
