I see that these women want to have their chcance competing at the olympics and that they heve arguments for addind 50km walk to the program (IOC wants equality, right?). But chances are small as it's less than year to the Olympics and IAAF wants to get completely rid off 50km walk.

Not even 'wants to get rid off', if I'm not mistaken it's already been killed off with Tokyo 2020 being the last time it's held in a major event (at least until it's brought back one day, who knows).
