but now because of this rule, will they also review the 50km race walking results of the 1991 world champs in Tokyo, where Potashov and Perlov (both from Soviet Union, at the last international appearance with that name) finished together in 1st place keeping their hands? :whistle::facepalm::wall:

Did the ITU by any chance organize those athletics world championships?

no, but they were held in Tokyo...so, they still have something in common...:p

 

and at that time IAAF was still led by the master of manipulation, Primo Nebiolo himself ...:yikes::facepalm:

I don't think it was harsh at all. With this result fixing, consequently they could have shared available prize money and/or ranking points.

 

And that just comes on top of making a mockery of competition and being disrespectful to other racers.
