Ya I’m… going to refrain from commenting about the scoring, beyond saying that the top 2 is obviously correct.

I thought it was a nice moment to present the top 8 alongside the medalists. Is that common in AA competitions?

Yes. This has been done for 10+ years, as far as I recall.

Congrats @thiago_simoes @vinipereira great to see Andrade win!!! She could have done it Tokyo already but we will wait for Paris!

 

Uneven bars was a scary moment here, looks like she had to improvise a bit but she held it well. I'm so happy for this gold medal.

Yes, she lost almost 1 point compared to qualifications, and knowing that BB was next, I was nervous. Thankfully, she did alright in BB (even with a 7.5E) and amazing in Floor (probably her best ever with this routine).
