Yes of course you can, in fact she already participated for Egypt back in TISC Open 2015 with "Salma Ya Salama" . Sadly, that's the last time Egypt participated so it would be a really welcome return!

Montenegran return would be an ever crazier surprise but yeah, I was pretty much thinking about a debut or perhaps more users that haven't participated ever joining the contest.

It's hard to see where a debut will come from though.... what new nations have anyone here who could participate?
