No Ronaldo, No Zidane, and No more refereeing help or robbery because of the VAR  technology :p

The first two are true, but for me the third Ajax goal was irregular, the ball was clearly outside. Real has more than enough money to rebuild quickly, no reason to worry about them.

It's rather stupid there is no camera right above and/or on the line for cases like that ball being outside or not. It was impossible to see for sure on any of the angles shown on TV whether or not the full size of the ball (and not just the 'footprint', so to speak) was entirely over the line or not.

But many people don't know the rules and are too arrogant to go read them...so they say that the ball was clearly out.

And since there was no camera which could provide a clear image of the ball being out, it was correct to confirm the first referee's decision.

Of Maybe Some people are just too blind to See that the ball was completely out and still think they can Act like a big guy, accusing other people of Not knowing the rules instead of acknowledging that maybe they are Not as smart as they think. No Wonder italy is going down the drain...

Manchester United should say thank you Mourniho at the end of the season  He could be the reason of the Red Devil's Metamorphosis in UCL

it reminds me of UEFA CL 1998/1999 , a probable Man United  - Bayern Final in Spain (Bayern lost two champions league finals in Spain vs Man United in 1999 in Camp Nou and in 2010 vs Inter in Bernabeu )

with murinho united would be playing europa league right now,

maybe

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
