despite being a terrible federation in so many aspects, UWW had a clear formula for re-allocation. and no surprise so far. all of these reallocation quotas were expected (I mean expected for those familiar with the sport)

 

but seriously, they have a TERRIBLE way to rank the eliminated wrestlers. some of these guys are getting a quota just because they beat a very weak opponent by fall or sup and that's it. pure luck
