:UZB Abdullo Azimov won the Asian Olympic quota

he finished 3rd behind Carlos Yulo and Milad Karimi (both had the quota already) in men's individual all-around

Wow, That means Olympic pommel horse silver medallist Lee Chih Kai :TPE won't even qualify this time around.

Small question:

I wonder if athletes who qualified via 2023 WCH or 2024 World Cup as "apparatus specialists" are eligible to participate in all-around  or other apparatus ???

I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
