Yeah, whoever did it forgot to take into account that in time trials two nations from each continent must be present.

russians announced today that UCI recalculated(!) points and added one more license to women road race for russia.

Based on the write up of the press event I've seen, Van Aert and Evenepoel are essentially already confirmed for both the road race and the individual time trial - assuming no injuries between now and Paris. 

 

The squad is expected to be finalised ahead of the start of the Tour de France.

Michael Morkov - Morkov is also expected to be part of the Madison team on the track.

 

The fourth rider will be announced later in the year and a decision still to be taken on who will fill the 2 individual time trial spots.
